Wasn’t around during Gibbons’ heyday, but reading Sue Carlton’s recollection of the man’s passion for Tampa and life in general is inspiring. There are some funny quotes in there (he compares living in Bayshore Blvd. retirement tower to being at a Plant High reunion) and some great stories. A great read.
